Graphic Designer

Bajillion Agency is searching for a full-time graphic designer to join our team. The right candidate is self-motivated and has a positive attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective design solutions for a wide variety of traditional mediums and prepare final artwork for production and client delivery. You will partner with the Creative Director and other team members in the development and visualization of multiple design projects. Graphic designers may also assist in new business presentations and can be called upon to present work to clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid concepting and design chops
- Exceptional branding and graphic design sensibilities
- Advanced understanding of color usage, typography, layout, and photo composition
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Capable of justifying design choices but willing to revise
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Unwilling to settle for the first idea
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating exceptional understanding and use of design and layout
